How to find your decor style when you like everything

Eclectic living room: teal seating, mixed frames, and a warm wood floor

Liking every photo does not mean you have no style. It means two or three styles are close, and the one you would actually live with is hiding in the repeats.

Stop asking which room is prettiest. Ask which room you would walk into after a long day and not want to tidy. The quiz does that with weights: each picture adds points to one or more of 20 styles, and the highest score is your main style. If the top two are within one point, one extra either-or breaks the tie.

The second style is useful, not a mistake. Most homes mix two. Eclectic is the mix on purpose: teal velvet, a vintage rug, and one coral accent. Transitional is the quieter mix: greige walls, grey-blue upholstery, and no strong color.

Save the rooms you almost picked. If they keep landing in the same family, that family is your style even when you also like a glam photo or a cottage photo.
