Maximalist decor style

Maximalist is a decor style that says more is more, with layers of color, pattern and objects on every wall. It is bold, personal and built on confident mixing rather than restraint.

How it differs from Eclectic

Eclectic mixes eras with a restrained palette. Maximalist adds more color, pattern and objects, filling the room.

bold color, pattern mixing, gallery wall, layers, collections, rich textiles, statement wallpaper, art, velvet, personality
